A limited number of revisions is included, as specified during the order.

Are commissions refundable?

By default, commissions are intended for personal use.

📦 DELIVERY & RETURNS
What are the delivery times?
Orders are dispatched within 2 to 4 working days after order confirmation.
Delivery times then vary according to postal services and destination.
Shipments are sent via Colissimo with tracking, no signature required, so you can track your parcel at every stage of its journey.
Is delivery included?
Yes. Delivery charges are free and included in the product's selling price.
No additional fees will be added at checkout.
Can I return a product?
Yes, you have a 14-day legal right of withdrawal from the receipt of your order, except for digital and personalized products, which cannot be returned or refunded.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer in the event of a withdrawal, order error, or change of mind.
In the case of a defective product or a shipping error on my part, return costs will be covered.
In what cases is a refund possible?
A refund is made only in case of defective product after verification.
In case of shipping error, an exchange will be offered, but no refund will be made.
