These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sales of products and artistic creations offered on the Le Monde d’Haneko shop.
They frame the relationship between Le Monde d’Haneko (the creator) and anyone wishing to make a purchase (the customer).

By validating an order, the customer acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted all of the conditions below.

3. Products offered

The shop mainly offers:

• physical products such as posters and stickers, carefully printed and shipped from France;
• custom commissions, notably the creation of a unique dragon, custom-imagined and drawn.

Each creation is made with passion and may have slight variations, proof of its artisanal authenticity.

4. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included.
Shipping costs are specified at the time of order according to the destination and product format.

5. Orders and payment

Payment can be made:

• by credit card via Stripe,
• or by bank transfer (in this case, the order will only be processed upon effective receipt of funds).

Once the order is validated, a confirmation email is sent to the customer.

6. Shipping time and method

Orders are shipped by La Poste, via tracked letter, to ensure secure delivery.
Deliveries are possible to:

• Metropolitan France,
• European Union countries,
• Switzerland,
• and French Polynesia.

Shipping times may vary depending on workload or recipient's location.
Each order is carefully prepared so that Haneko's magic reaches you in perfect condition. 🌸

7. Returns, exchanges, and complaints

As products are made or prepared to order, no returns, exchanges, or refunds are possible.

In case of an error or problem during delivery (damaged product, loss, etc.), the customer is invited to contact Le Monde d’Haneko at the following address: lemondehaneko@gmail.com, attaching a photo and description of the issue.
Each situation will be carefully considered to find the fairest solution 💛.

8. Custom commissions

Custom dragons are unique works created according to the customer's wishes.
Ordering a commission implies acceptance of the creation stages and deadlines communicated at the time of the request.
No refund can be made once the creation has begun.

The artist retains all copyrights to the illustrations created (including custom dragons).
The customer obtains a personal right of use only (no resale, commercial reproduction, or modification without written agreement).

9. Personal data

The information collected (name, address, email, etc.) is used solely for the management of orders and shipments.
It will never be shared, resold, or used for other purposes.

10. Applicable law and disputes

These GTC are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, the competent court is that of Cergy-Pontoise.
